MSC Families,
With the increase in cases of the COVID-19 virus in the New Jersey and New York area and based on the guidance received from local health agencies, the Northern County Soccer Association (“NCSA”) has postponed the start of our spring season to April 19, 2020.

We, The Maroons Soccer Club, will also be postponing any club related training activities until further notice.

We are in uncharted waters with this global pandemic and hopefully over the next few weeks we can begin to get back to a new normal.

The safety of our players, coaches, parents and our community are our number one priority. We will continue to monitor and assess the situation and will send out additional alerts as needed to keep you all informed.

Details concerning the rescheduling of games and the resumption of training activities will be communicated to each team. We will not be processing requests to schedule games until the league has communicated with us the specific process that will be used.  So for now, everything is on hold.

It is our hope that in the coming weeks we will have more clarity on the entire situation and be able to provide more updates on the status of the Spring season.

This suspension notice covers all training sessions, home games, away games and tournaments. This action plan will remain in place until further notice from the club.

We will continue to review all available information and will provide periodic updates to our members as we move forward. Various governing soccer associations, leagues and tournament organizers have been issuing cancellation notices across the soccer community, so we are confident this is a reasonable and appropriate action plan for our members.
