PARKING – PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ALL YOUR TEAM FAMILIES
Please allow plenty of time for parking and getting to the tournament fields. Please follow all street parking signs.
All Fields – park only where permitted on streets. Once you park and walk to any field, all other fields are within walking distance.
Ridgewood High School (RHS) (turf field) – 627 East Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ
We STRONGLY encourage all FULL-SIDED teams (unless playing at Maple Park) to park in the Ridgewood High school parking lot or surrounding streets. Three of the four full sided fields (RHS, Stevens and Brookside) are within walking distance of each other. You can also walk to the main fields at Vets fields from the Ridgewood High School.
Brookside Field (BR) (New field last year – grass field) – 130 Southern Pkwy, Ridgewood, NJ
NO parking in cul-de-sac section of Southern Parkway, police will be called by neighbors and you will receive a ticket. We tell you this with 100% certainty.
Stevens Field (S) (turf field) – Turf Field – 627 East Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ (this is the Ridgewood High School address)
There is no parking on Irving Street which is next to Steven’s Field. No street parking and no parking in Utility Right of Way. Police will be called and you will get a ticket. Park in the Ridgewood High School lots or on Heermance Place or Beverly Road.
Veterans “Vets” Field (V) – Main Fields (grass) – 162 Northern Parkway, Ridgewood, NJIntersection of Linwood Avenue and Northern Parkway. Street parking on Fairway Road, Colonial Road – there is NO parking on Northern Parkway.
Maple Field (M) – Turf Fields – Use same address / street locations as Veterans FieldThere is a parking lot adjacent to Maple Field.
Guest Players (NCSA, Non NCSA or Non Carded players)
U8-U10 rosters may have a maximum of 14 players with 3 guest players.
U11-U12 rosters may have a maximum of 18 players with 3 guest players.
– Guest player name must be listed on the roster as a Guest.
– Player card preferred for the guest player but proof of age by birth certificate/ passport is also acceptable.
– Medical release form is required for guest players as well.

PATCH EXCHANGES
This is a patch tournament. Please bring club patches to exchange with your opposing teams.
PARTICIPATION AWARDS
Participation Medals are given out to U7 – U10 teams.
TROPHY AWARDS
Trophy Awards are given out to the 1st and 2nd place teams in each flight for U11 and U12 age groups.
Please pick up awards at the information tent at Veterans field.

WHAT to DO when you are in between games …
Concessions, Food, Drinks
The Vandevander Concession Truck will be run by Chestnut Deli of Ridgewood at the Vets fields serving food and drinks. Local vendors will also be onsite including George our favorite ice cream man, GoGo SqueeZ, and Kona Ice Truck from Sat 12-3pm and Sun 11-1:30pm.
Please Note: Grill use is not permitted at Vets.
The Soccer Post Tent Sale at the Tournament
The Soccer Post from Franklin Lakes will have a tent set up on the Vets field grounds selling soccer gear, cleats, clothing, etc.
